I don’t know you, but for me, sometimes in order to get the creative juices flowing, I’ll create a punch list of everything that I don’t like about the room and what changes I would like to make. So walking by my guest bedroom, I’m again struck by how much I hate the paint color and need to do something about it. I promised myself that I would focus on doing one room at a time and not have multiple rooms in a ‘state of progress’.
Well screw it, I’m going to at least create a punch list of what needs to be fixed in this room to at least calm the intense urge to actually just grab a paint brush and have at it.

Here’s the starting point.

I dislike the wall color, so that’s first on the punch list. Not sure I understand the connection with the beige and white check panels with peach walls, but whatever. it’s got to go.

I’d love to paint the furniture for this room to a creamy white, maybe even with an antique finish, but the hubby might not be on board with that. (This is where I miss the man going on Spring Break with the guys down to Phoenix. I got so much done while he was away!)

A couple ideas I found that I am really leaning towards:

I’m probably going to have to stick with the original finish on the bedroom furniture for right now, but I figure if I stay with creamy white linens , I’ll still get close to the look I’m striving for.

So for now, I’ve got a my punch list and can now re-focus on my Living room.
